Office Coordination and Administration/Administrative Assistant II
Location: Lackland AFB, Texas
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain, and dispose of Government records and supporting documentation. Make edits to existing Government documents, prepare briefings, coordinate with project stakeholders, complete trip reports, submit weekly status updates and activity reports, request network accounts, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization A&A Workflow Tool accounts, comply with AFMAN 17-1303, ‘Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program.’
- Demonstrated skill monitoring and coordinating with functional areas to update document revisions and rewrite, make updates, and modify documents with Government approval.
- Effective writer.
- Ability to complete meeting minutes as defined by the COR.
Relevant Experience: Experience should include support for equipment custodian (EC/ITEC) in fulfilling EC/ITEC duties and accountability. Knowledge and experience of DoD cybersecurity and NIST 800 Risk Management Framework desired. Expertise in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SharePoint, 3+ years’ experience supporting a government client.
Education/ Certifications: High School Diploma (HSD) Required; Bachelor of Science (BS) desired.
Security Clearance: Top Secret w/ current SCI
