Executive Support Specialist 

Location: National Capital Region (NCR)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior-level executive within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and discreet individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills. 

PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Executive Support:  
    • Prepare and edit a wide range of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefings. 
    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 
    • Screen and direct phone calls and visitors. 
    • Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion. 
  • Administrative Support:  
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. 
    • Coordinate with other offices and organizations on behalf of the executive. 
    • Maintain office records and files. 
    • Order office supplies and equipment. 
    • Assist with event planning and logistics. 
    • Provide general administrative support as needed. 
  • Technical Proficiency:  
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 
    • Experience with office automation tools and technologies. 
    • Strong typing and proofreading skills. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level executive support.    
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
