Unit Program Coordinator
Location: National Capital Region (NCR)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Program Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide essential support to the 67th Communications Group, Detachment 1, by overseeing and managing various programs and administrative functions.
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Management:

- Oversee and manage MOA/MOU Programs, Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inter-service and intra-service agreement negotiations.

- Develop, analyze, and coordinate program planning documents.

- Identify and define the roles and responsibilities of participating organizations.

- Provide guidance and support to other units on support matters.

- Maintain an up-to-date library of all agreements.

- Resolve issues with host bases and other parties involved in agreements.
- Human Resources Support:

- Provide expert guidance and analysis on civilian and military personnel matters.

- Develop and recommend courses of action to meet mission needs and improve efficiency.

- Assist in the production of reports and briefings for leadership.

- Maintain the Task Management Tool (TMT) database.

- Support military personnel programs, including promotions, awards, and PME selection.
- Administrative Support:

- Utilize various military and civilian personnel systems, including vMPF, BLSDM, MyPers, DCPS, vPC, PRDA, CMS, LeaveWeb, SharePoint, MilPDS, ATAAPS, AFPAAS, DTS, and MyFSS.

- Provide administrative support to the unit.
Qualifications:
- Required:

- Active TS/SCI security clearance

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Strong understanding of military protocols and procedures

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 1

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Preferred:

- Experience with MOA/MOU development and management

- Experience with military personnel systems (vMPF, MyPers, etc.)

- Knowledge of Air Force regulations and policies

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
