Executive Support Specialist
Location: National Capital Region (NCR)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior-level executive within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and discreet individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support:

- Prepare and edit a wide range of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefings.

- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors.

- Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Administrative Support:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

- Coordinate with other offices and organizations on behalf of the executive.

- Maintain office records and files.

- Order office supplies and equipment.

- Assist with event planning and logistics.

- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Experience with office automation tools and technologies.

- Strong typing and proofreading skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level executive support.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
